I believe that each of my clients is inherently creative and has within them the necessary wisdom to decide the best course of action. I also believe that we all need help to access our own creativity and wisdom, and formulate actions to help us move forward.
Coaching can mean different things to different people, and to different coaches. To me, coaching is a way that I can help you gain access to your own wisdom, whether you want to use it for problem-solving, next steps on an ongoing project, or reflecting on life goals. Coaching is helpful on the level of planning a day, a week, or a special event as well as on the overarching levels of life. When you find yourself needing some perspective in a personal or professional situation, coaching can offer that perspective.
I offer an open heart, a listening ear, and the ability to ask powerful questions that help you to determine the path you want to take and the steps along that path. I won’t tell you what to do, but I will accompany you along the way, help you discern action steps and, if you want, hold you accountable to the commitments that you make to yourself. I can help you move forward in those areas of your life where you feel stuck, or unsure of what to do next. I can also help in day-to-day arenas—no topic is too big or too small.
